Join us as we celebrate the launch of a major electrification project and first privately operated resiliency hub in Montgomery County at an affordable rental property, Hampshire Towers Apartments. Additionally, information will be provided comparing Hampshire Towers Apartments to its sister building, the Takoma Overlook Condominium, which launched its own aggressive decarbonization project in recent years but followed a very different path.

This event will provide community members, stakeholders, and partner organizations who made these projects possible with an opportunity to celebrate an important moment in Montgomery County’s history.
