The Number One Determinant of Human Health Is Our Home.

Our Climate Justice Theme is: Housing as Healthcare: The Case For Climate Resilient Healthy Homes – The Impacts of Radon Gas, Asthma Triggers, Wildfires and Sea-Level Rise.

With attendees ranging from builders, developers, commercial and residential property owners, managers, corporate tenants, occupiers, sustainability and environmental justice leaders to government officials, planners and concerned community members, the annual Maryland Climate Tech+ virtual experience offers a rich tapestry of insights and experiences to catalyze investment in risk reduction strategies, preserve and protect real estate value, and create healthy, thriving communities.

As the world rallies to address the challenges of climate change, sea level rise and wildfires, Maryland Climate Tech+ 2026 offers a platform for gaining valuable knowledge, creating meaningful connections, and catalyzing innovative solutions.

Participants will share and learn cutting edge, innovative solutions that promote proactive change in the face of a rapidly changing climate while engaging with global thought leaders and exploring innovative buildings and developments that showcase resilience, and occupant health & wellness in practice.

Maryland Climate Tech+ 2026 will be held virtually on March 19th starting at 9:00am.

However, we’ve added two in-person highlights to the event. The bus tours below are $125 and lunch is provided. On March 19th the coach bus will depart the Owings Mills Metro Center at 12p to Cambridge, MD for the tour and return to Owings Mills at 7p. Free parking is available at the Metro Center.
