MCGB and M&T Bank would like to cordially invite you to a panel discussion on Climate-Resilient and Equitable Infrastructure: Understanding paths and opportunities on adapting the build environment to a changing climate
Event Details:
Climate change and extreme weather events pose significant challenges to our built environment, making it crucial to integrate climate considerations. The lack of climate risk management on the infrastructure of our cities is affecting our communities, mainly our most vulnerable ones. The cost-benefit of a proactive approach towards adapting the infrastructure to a changing climate is evident and tangible. The cost of adaptation is much lower than the cost of inaction. Our guest panelists will deep-dive into the world of climate-informed buildings, motivation on pursuing these types of projects and available financing mechanisms.
