The 2025 Milken Institute Finance Forum brings together leaders, innovators, investors, and policymakers from the $4 trillion public-finance sector to fund, finance, and deliver critical community infrastructure projects and economic development initiatives. This year’s event will focus on addressing domestic U.S. deployment and capacity challenges while exploring emerging opportunities and key trends in international public finance.

The Forum serves as a unique platform for cross-sector networking, featuring aligned peer-to-peer events like the Sustainable Investors Roundtable on Infrastructure and strategy sessions dedicated to small business and entrepreneurship growth and community development.

Organized by the Milken Institute, the Forum highlights the 10,000 Communities Initiative and the Geo-Economics Program, in partnership with other Milken Institute experts and collaborators. Together, they are advancing best practices and driving outcomes-based community investments across the United States and internationally.
