DESCRIPTION:OFN40 will convene 2\,500 attendees to celebrate our industry’s past\, reflect on four decades of growth\, change\, and impact\, and prepare for the future. During four days\, we’ll feature five plenaries with distinguished leaders from the public and private sectors; 90+ breakout sessions across 15 tracks; 20+ curated networking sessions by role and geography; nine interactive tours showcasing CDFI impact on the ground across LA; four hands-on training opportunities for deeper learning; an Expo offering 30+ exhibitors\, and much more! \nNew this year: We’ll kick off activities the evening of Monday\, October 21\, with special 40th anniversary programming and a celebratory reception. Join us earlier in the day for optional pre-conference activities such as the Native Gathering\, a new Research Symposium\, trainings\, and tours.
